Walk by the Spirit

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. Galatians 5:16
Feel that conflict within you when your flesh wants you to do something, but the Holy Spirit is telling you otherwise. The conflict is natural because what the flesh desires is contrary to the Spirit and the Spirit is contrary to the flesh. Here is where freedom in Christ allows you to choose the Spirit rather than the flesh. You are no longer in bondage to sin and the flesh. Just turn an walk away. Walk by the Spirit.
