In this second episode of our CAMP series – we speak to the idea of prepping to camp out. You need to plan for the site, weather, and duration. Equally – in our spiritual seasons we need to plan for where we will be: have we found a place of shade and protection from the elements; is the campsite (our hearts) cleared from debris (sin issues or distractions) that might cause us to trip up, stumble in the dark, or make a long night uncomfortable; and do we have enough food and water to sustain us for the duration? Are you ready to start your next season not just well – but AWESOME?!

Notes for this sermon to follow along with:

Mark 1:35-38 Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed. 36 Simon and his companions went to look for him, 37 and when they found him, they exclaimed: “Everyone is looking for you!”38 Jesus replied, “Let us go somewhere else—to the nearby villages—so I can preach there also. That is why I have come.”
