This week at Ventura Lighthouse Church, we continue our Camp Series comparing the aspects of a “camping” experience to Gods seasonal moving in our lives. Today we explore the significance of the Campfire. It also happens to be Easter Sunday; and just like a campfire connects day to night – so Easter connects earth to heaven. You can listen to a podcast anywhere and anytime. However the best way to enjoy this podcast is in front of a campfire roasting marshmallows.

Easter is such a special time for our faith. If you have ever asked yourself, “How do I get into Heaven” or “What happens when I die” this is a great podcast for you. Not only Will you find out what Jesus has to offer you in Heaven but listen in to what you have access to now in life.

Tune into this podcast for so much more! To follow along with the message here are the key points and scripture references:

3 – A Cook-top Is Enabled

John 21:9-14

9 When they got there, they found breakfast waiting for them—fish cooking over a charcoal fire, and some bread.10 “Bring some of the fish you’ve just caught,” Jesus said. 11 So Simon Peter went aboard and dragged the net to the shore. There were 153 large fish, and yet the net hadn’t torn.12 “Now come and have some breakfast!” Jesus said. None of the disciples dared to ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord. 13 Then Jesus served them the bread and the fish. 14 This was the third time Jesus had appeared to his disciples since he had been raised from the dead.
