Make Your Joy Complete

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched–this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us. We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We write this to make our joy complete. 1 John 1:1-4

The Apostle John could literally say that he heard, that he saw with his eyes, that he touched with his hands the Lord Jesus Christ and proclaims it to us. If you have given your heart to Jesus, received a new heart born of the Spirit, received His forgiveness of sin, and healed of physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual wounds, you can similarly testify as John did to the truth of Jesus Christ. Declaring what the Lord has done, sharing these truths with others that they may invite Jesus into their hearts, this makes our joy complete. There is no greater joy than when another person is led into God’s Kingdom and we join in the celebration with all the heavenly angels.
