Death Can’t Stop Hope

Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 1Thessalonians 4:13-14
Does life end at death? The age old question that can’t be answered, unless it comes from someone who overcame death and still lives today. Jesus is the only one that fits that bill, and he proved that life after death is a reality by dying on the cross before all mankind, then rising from the dead and being witnessed by hundreds of people. We have hope because God promises that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life; and God cannot lie. Because Jesus lives, I can face tomorrow. Because Jesus lives, all my fear of death is gone. Because he lives!
