Day 7: Built Together

A Place to Belong · With One Another · May 2, 2026

Scripture
Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God's people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. — Ephesians 2:19-21 (NIV)
Ephesians 2:19-22

Paul says you are no longer a stranger. You are a fellow citizen. You are a member of God's household. And together, we are being built into something bigger than ourselves. The church is not just a collection of individuals — it is a temple being built by God Himself. Every person is a living stone in that building. You are part of something eternal.

Prayer

Lord, thank You that I am no longer a stranger. Help me live as a member of Your household and take my place in what You are building.
