Day 4: Death Cannot Hold You

Peter said it was impossible for death to keep its hold on Jesus. Death thought it had won. The grave thought it had the final word. But death does not get the final word — God does. And the same power that freed Jesus from death's grip is at work in you. Whatever has a hold on you — fear, addiction, shame, bitterness — it does not have to keep its hold. The power of the resurrection is greater than the power of anything that holds you captive.
