Day 7: Living With Wisdom

Have you ever spent hours trying to fix something? Like you researched you kept banging your head against it. nothing. I needed a grounded line on an outlet outside of the house. I youtubed for hours. I had a plan, I knew the plan, I talked to home depot old dude with a vest who said yep that sounds right. Got the supplies, ready to cut into the outside of the wall to splice into an existing outlet to have an external outlet. Before i cut i i tested the ground no ground, started researching adding a ground by digging a hole and pounding a grounding line into the ground. Im hours I mean hours and days if not weeks. I call up an electrician friend he says why dont you just toss a new breaker in and run wire with a ground from the panel the 3 feet from the box you need to go. Its 20 min and youre done.
