Day 4: Do Not Be the Bottleneck

A bottleneck is the narrowest part of a bottle — everything may be ready to flow, but it gets backed up at one small point. Moses had become the bottleneck, and sometimes our overwhelm is not because life is too full but because we have made ourselves the bottleneck. You may be blocking what God wants to do through other people because you will not release control, ask for help, delegate, or say no. People matter too much for one exhausted person to be the answer to everything. You can care deeply without carrying everything personally.
