Day 7: The End of the Story

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, 'Look! God's dwelling place is now among the people, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.' — Revelation 21:3-4 (NIV)

Revelation 21:3-4

Here is how the story ends. God dwells with His people. Every tear is wiped away. No more death. No more pain. No more uncertainty. That is the future that is guaranteed for everyone who trusts in Jesus. Your uncertainty right now is temporary. The confusion you feel will not last forever. One day, you will see clearly. One day, everything will make sense. Until then, you walk by faith, not by sight. And you walk with a God who has already written the ending.

Prayer

God, thank You that the story ends with You wiping away every tear. Until that day, help me walk by faith and trust that You are with me in every uncertain step.
