Day 6: Knowing the Shepherd

Jesus says He is the Good Shepherd. And the mark of the Good Shepherd is that He knows His sheep. He knows you. He knows your name. He knows what you are facing. He knows what you need before you ask. And He laid down His life for you. That is the kind of Shepherd you are following. He is not a hired hand who runs when trouble comes. He stays. He leads. He guides. And He has already proven His love by giving everything for you. You can trust a Shepherd like that.
