Day 4: Do Not Be Anxious

Paul says do not be anxious about anything. That sounds impossible. Until you read the next part. The antidote to anxiety is not trying harder to calm down. It is prayer. It is bringing everything to God. Every worry. Every fear. Every what-if. And then He gives you something better than answers — He gives you peace. Peace that does not depend on your circumstances. Peace that transcends understanding. Peace that guards your heart and mind. That is what you get when you trade anxiety for prayer.
