God Is With Us In Our Weakness · God Is With Us · February 21, 2026
We quote this verse like it means we can do anything. And in a sense, that is true. But Paul wrote it from prison. He was not talking about winning. He was talking about enduring. He had learned to be content in any situation — hungry or full, plenty or want. His 'I can do all things' was about finding strength to face whatever life threw at him. Through Christ. Not through his own grit. Not through positive thinking. Through Christ who gives strength.
Christ, You are my strength. Not for my ambitions, but for whatever You call me to face today. I can do all things through You.
